Yoga for kids 4- 12 years old
Yoga for kids is important so that our kiddos will learn at a young age when to stop when life gets too busy. Childrens yoga is a practice that teaches kids calmness, develops strength and flexibility, balance, coordination and proper posture.
Yoga helps decrease stress, anxiety and keep our kids busy in much calmer situation.
Pre-natal Yoga
Yoga for pregnant women is good for all stages of pregnancy. Though it is still best to check in with your physician. Yoga helps pregnant women decrease stress, depression and anxiety, lessen low back issues and keeps future momma stay positive while they wait for the birth of the little one.
