Safety & Protection Requirements

For the safety of our staff, patients and everybodywe require the following from our patients:

  • Face Masks: patients are required by provincial health regulatory bodies to wear face coverings. Please wear one during your entire visit.

  • Screening: your intake forms and COVID-19 assessment screening forms will be sent to your emails and must be completed at least 2 hours prior to arrival.

  • Check-In: please wash or sanitize your hands upon arrival.

  • Physical Distancing: there will be 30 minutes gap for the next appointment. This time will be allocated for sanitization and preparation for the next patient, please come in on time.

As much as we like guests around, at this time we will accommodate 2 patient in the clinic that lives in the same household.

  • Check-Out: we encourage contactless transactions such as direct insurance billing, credit, or debit. NO CASH PLEASE.

 
OUR PART . . .

  • Treatment Rooms: as always will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use and between patients.

  • High-Touch Items: will be disinfected after each use as always (door handles, massage bottles, chairs.. etc)

  • Linens: As per usual linens will be cleaned in the highest heat possible after each use. Additional sheets will be used in lieu of blankets.

  • Therapists: will be wearing masks at all times and face shield. As always therapists will be practicing good hand hygiene

  • Common area: for the protection of guests and therapists plexi glass has been installed for extra precautions.  

 
We appreciate your cooperation and for the safety of everybody, there will be limited time slots as we are being cautious at this time.
